We have lived there for 9 months and have loved our time there from day 1. The highlight for this apartment is the fact that everything is maintenance fred. The staff have been so helpful. We highly recomend to all our friends every chance we get. Jim and Sandy

Riverstone Apartments is an excellent place to live! Apartments are outstanding. If there is a problem with something in my apartment, the maintenance staff has always been on hand either the same day or the next day to deal with the issue. The apartment complex is quiet, well maintained, and well managed. Located just west of Columbus, there is only a five minute drive to the city of Columbus. Office staff is friendly and helpful. Rent very reasonable for all the benefits that are offered such as a pool in the summer, efficient operations, and reasonable rental rates. I wouldn't want to live in any other apartment complex in Columbus.

Absolutely love Riverstone. The property is simply beautiful. Debby, Casey and all the maintenance staff are amazing.

Out of all places we lived, NEVER seen anyone more money hungry and try to charge you for EVERYTHING, care more about getting your money than keeping a good tenant - maybe should focus more on filling vacancies than charging loyal tenants that always paid rent on time.. Even when we moved out getting charged $639 after taking all deposit... Issue after issue... Nice apartment but no different than any other apartment in town thats cheaper.. I highly suggest looking elsewhere.. Very satisfied with our new apartment and so far has been a lot better than staying here!!
