Use it to showcase photos, cards, concert tickets, postcards, etc. Furnished units contain furnishings, linens and premium equipped kitchens. Short term leases will be available on the furnished unit and price will reflect extra cost and turnover time. We are a small privately owned complex with three buildings with eight units total per building. Rented units total: six one bedroom with attached garages and eighteen two bedroom units are rentals. We are not a senior living complex, many of our tenants are younger, even recently graduated. We are not so well known as apartments for rent as they were originally going to be condominiums with owner occupants. But, you'll find that those in the know know about us and think highly of the complex as well as the ease of location. Buildings feature a secured central entry and private parking lot. These are highly desirable units and many of our tenants stay with us for many years.
