One bedroom needs to be close to job

I see a lot of improve going on to make this community feel like home too me.

The apartment was not move in ready when lease was signed. Several issues with uncovered outlets and things not getting fixed or taken care of in a timely manner.

They will not fix anything in my apartment. They are more concerned with fixing empty apartments instead of keeping their current residence happy. I also have mold and multiple things damaged in my apartment and I have let them known about 2-3 months ago about everything and still have yet to have anything fixed. They also keep telling me 2 weeks we will be there to fix everything. I have a child ho is only four, these things need immediate attention.

I have lived at Bloomfield apartments for ten years . I moved in , in 2013 to a studio , but after a couple of years . It proved to be too small for me , and the lack of space was bothersome . Fortunately , the leasing manager , Missy Montgomery, told me there was a one bedroom available , so she made it happen for me!! She is very professional, and tries her absolute best to be proactive in solving people’s issues in their apt . I had a issue last year , and she was on top of it immediately. I don’t understand the negative reviews , I like living here, my unit has wonderful neighbors , and we look out for each other . I would recommend these apartments, whether you need a short term lease , or long term . They are also located near everything !

Living here past 3 years & never had a problem. Management team does an awesome job keeping everything in good shape.

I love living here. It’s quiet and the management responds swiftly to inquiries. The location is perfect for me. I walk to Church, work and many businesses. I rarely have to use my car. I appreciate utilities being included in the rent. This helps with budgeting. If you’re frugal, this is a great place to live. I’m grateful to be here.

Lived here about 2 years now, it's been peaceful, no real issues. Landlord & maintenance does a good job keeping the grounds clean, etc. Good area for shopping, groceries, food takeout, etc.

Are any apartments available right now?

I've lived here for over three years and I love it. It's in a great location in walking distance of many shops and restaurants, the rent is very reasonable for whatever unit you're looking for, and the property manager Missy has done so much to keep the place looking and running great. Never had any maintenance issues that weren't fixed that very day, and the staff works hard. If you're looking at living in Columbus, I urge you to consider this place.
