I like the fact that there are stores and restaurants nearby and that at the same time it's not so busy. The only downside is maintenance

The public transportation and the local bars are nice. I like going to local parks with my family and friends

We have big and newly constructed houses. Safe for kids to play outside. My favorite resturant is chinese which is walkable from my house. the bus come next to my door.

Neighborhood is mainly quiet with lots of retired people. It has a park close by, walking trail in the woods. A golf course across the street. A reservoir one mile away

You don't need to drive to get around. Accessible to shops, public transportation, schools, restaurants, and even a church. eatery's

I like to go to the library with my friends to borrow books to read at home, and go to the park to walk the dog on weekends
