I have been living here for 2 years. Pinnacle has always been nice to me. The area Im in is very quite and its nice to see the deers early in the morning. So they get an A+. If I had any problem they was here the next day. Thats what makes me stay.

Look else where unless youre desperate! They are roach infested BIG TIME! they literally crawl from the crack of the walls at night. Maintenance spray every week and it does absolutely nothing! Its disgusting!!
