This is my first time living in an apartment complex and I did not know what to expect. The property manager Jennifer and her maintenance crew continue to go above and beyond to accommodate the residents. Whatever I have needed they have found a way to accommodate my needs. Before I moved in I was able to see my apartment while it was being updated. I casually mentioned that a breakfast bar would have been nice and they installed one for me. In December I was speaking to the property manager and mentioned that I needed to plastic my windows so she sent over one of her staff members to install it for me. I recently had a very large delivery sent to my home. The delivery service failed to send 2 men to carry my package to my apartment. I called the maintenance crew to see if they could help and they arrived within minutes. This of course is not within their scope of work so I offered to pay the gentlemen but they kindly declined. I truly feel grateful for having ended up where I am at after searching for rental homes in the area first. Additionally, Jennifer has been very vocal about how much she loves her job and it really shows. Thank you Aspen Pines Staff. Your diligence in your work has not gone unnoticed.

I only have been here one week but the residents I have met are very friendly. Jennifer the property manager is extremely helpful as she has patiently worked with me getting in an apartment. I experienced one maintenance issue that was quickly taken care of the same day I reported it.
