When I first moved in, it was great but shortly afterwards, flooring started to bubble in both bathrooms and kitchen. Doors would lock and you couldn't open them. At one point I had to use my patio as my main door because my front door would not open and it took them 3 days to get it fixed. My son was also locked in the guest bathroom for 45 minutes before someone came and fixed it. Also, the dryer takes 3 full drying cycles to dry one bundle of clothes. The apt may look well kept and nice but they slapped fresh paint and what appears to be good finishes on a crapping foundation. You will have issues here. I regret moving in and would not recommend moving here. At first I thought the price was great until everything started to happen and not get fixed. Save yourself the headache and don't move here. I cant wait until my lease is up so I can leave.

What maintenance? Filters have not been changed for two years. Charge for pest control but have done nothing. They screen their calls and dont bother leaving a message.
Corporate functions in the same manner. They charge for utilities as if you are residing in a home. You have to wait up to 4 minutes for hot water and longer on the weekends. But pay as if you have 24/7 access.
Searching feverishly for a new place to stay and STRONGLY SUGGEST you verify prices listed before giving notice to vacate.
Maintenance is horrible. I have service request that have been open since June 2018 it is now September. Leasing staff is rude and not friendly. If passing you outdoors they don't even speak they look the other way. Not a home feeling at all. Leasing office makes excuses for any issue that they don't want to fix.
Horrible management and maintenance under new owners. Maintenance requests are ignored, as well as water pipe breaks which will lead to mold and mildew problems, if they haven't already. You would think they would work to keep longtime residents given the vacancy rate, but that is not the case. You are out of luck if you have a/c, heating or water problems! "Renovations" do not make up for lack of maintenance and ignoring basic building issues. Sad because this used to be such a nice place to live.
No air conditioning I've called twice before over the past month. With the temps hitting 100 degrees outside this to me seems it would be on a priority list. Guess its not a priority to management cause they won't even fix my unit. $1200+ in rent is not worth it especially since I can't get maintenance to fix things. Staff doesn't even speak to you. They walk right past me every day and don't say a word. Not a friendly group. Take your money elsewhere.
