What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Carmel

I like that it seems like a small community. Everyone on our street is about the same age and at same point in their life.

It's very clean, crime is low, everything is within walking distance especially the farmers market. There is a variety of restaurants and bars available within walking distance.

My neighborhood is in front of the city trail, and close to a cementary. Favorite local businesses are restaurants such as DQ. I like going to eat and to the gym.

Raise kids restaurants nearby it is close to my fitness center it is a very quiet place for people to Live, lots of kids and retired people. Rarely have a nay noise. The repair team did I a great work. Swimming pool and remodel fitness center. The grass being care well and the side walks. Car usually drive very slow and usually let the pedestrians go first.

My neighborhood is simple and minimalist. I like the bar and farmer market here. The arcade store is fun.

It's very quiet most of the year. The yards are all well maintained. The neighbors are all very friendly
