Great apartment community with a lot of potential. It is getting closer and closer to completion every day! No doubt that this will be the hottest address in Carmel.

I wish I could turn beck time and rent elsewhere. This has been the worst and most aggravating few months trying to deal with no water pressure and no hot water issues , a dryer that wont work , a staff that wont address the issues unless threatened. Management Unprofessional and very unsympathetic to tenants needs and rights. 2 k a month for section 8 type housing-esque issues .

The Worst of Management and Residential treatment in Carmel! 1. GM Dustin is untruthful about pricing, amenities, and charges within the lease. Husband and I moved into unclean apartment and it took almost a week for staff to reply and acknowledge. 2. Emails and service requests go unanswered for weeks by management staff and if they are answered it is rude and non-customer service oriented. 3. Communication is lacking in management and property owner. A simple email of explanation of delays or apologies would go a long way. Months go by after email from management stating amenities opening and when they don't there is no communication. Appears they are concerned about promoting themselves and what property will be vs being a residential service provider to current residents. 4. Management shares confidential information about other tenants. This residential neighborhood is not customer service oriented at all. 5. Garage leaks water with concrete (still after a year of knowing) and management doesn't fix or tell new residents about issue. However they will send you to body shop if you complain about spots on car. 6. Apartments leak water through windows and many units don't have hot water after a year. 7. We witnessed an arrest in the garage and heard about other police responses in buildings. 8. Exterior doors continue to break, key fob access does not work half the time, and there are broken retaining walls all throughout the property after a year. 9. Don't be fooled by appearance. Buildings look desirable and will be convinced they are in final stages of construction, which is untrue since all residents have been told that at move in even 10 months ago. There are many other choices for housing in Carmel. Find one that will treat you with customer service and provide what you are paying for.

Great complex with so much up and coming potential. I along with many other residents are very excited to see the finished product. Yes, the property is still under its construction phase but its so amazing watching it all come together day by day. Good job to the office staff for doing a great job and taking care of everyone each and every day! Thank you!

My finance and I moved here several months ago. Property management is unprofessional and well under par. No customer service but will provide misinformation, negative and passive aggressive attitude. Unclean common areas, overcharges, unanswered service requests, police being involved multiple times for disputes and an arrest. There are just too many unsettling factors with management. Pre Lease - pre move in 1.Dustin explained amenities would be completed within weeks of our move in date. Fitness Center would be completed by mid December of 2021, wine and coffee bar would be done by end of December, and the outdoor pool area with grills completed by first of March 2022. (nothing is completed - wine coffee bar turned into offices for development group that also owns property management - LOL we have heard from residents after we moved in that everyone is told things will be done in 2 weeks from their move in. 2. Property littered with construction left overs - windows, half doors, etc laying in planters, sidewalks. 3. Told window screens and patio screen would be installed before we moved in. (they still aren't in) 4. Informed that parking was safe, but just dirty with construction. (weren't told about the water leaking and the water-cement mixture that had already stained numerous residents cars. All 3 of our cars have been damaged) After moving in 1. First bill had added expense of what we found to be a community energy, gas, water bill. YES, YOU READ THAT CORRECTLY. $20+ When we confronted Dustin over him not going over this in our lease, we were met with an excuse of he forgot and everyones paying it, so basically we are stuck with it. 2. Other buildings that are experiencing cracks in walls, ceilings, doors that won't close, hallways that are unclean, dog poop on sidewalks. New Management that is ethical and knows how to treat residents should be hired immediately.
