    They never respond to online requests for information or a tour. Online sites say they have available units but every time I have called for the past year and a half , the rude staff always say they have nothing available and do not have a waitlist . They offer that you can keep calling back to check on availability but treat you like crap when you do . I drove around the property and it looks old , dilapidated and dirty, trash and cigarette butts everywhere.

    Great location, nice and responsive staff, well maintained, affordable. Diverse and friendly communi/y. overall great place to live. When people move here, they stay. Great starter apartments for first time renters, as well for those seeking long time residence.

    I have reached out several times, as my family is looking to move to Carmel soon. I work at the high school, and my children attend school there. I haven't received any response yet.

    Great place to live everything is clean and neat and they do a good job at repairs. Staff is very helpful Kay is a delight and always will work with you!
