I have lived in the complex for several years. The office staff is accessable and friendly. The maintaince staff has been excellant

There is literally no customer service. The rates go up very high each year with no improvements. They do not shovel walkways when it snows and barely plow the parking lot. Not worth half of the amount they charge. I have been waiting THREE WEEKS to get light bulbs changed where I have no lights in that room and am not able to reach it to change it myself. There is no communication on if there is any maintaince reports filled out. Terrible. Would NEVER recommend.
