    All of the staff is very nice and efficient. Whenever I have had an issue they are always quick to respond and very courteous.

    I have lived in the complex for several years. The office staff is accessable and friendly. The maintaince staff has been excellant

    Horrible staff and maintenance. No hot water for longer than 5 minutes. After 3 months of multiple emails and maintenance request had no choice but to move out.

    I lived here for two years and ended up not updating my lease after the second management change. The first group would not respond to phone calls or maintenance requests on anything ranging from lights being out to air conditioning being broken in the summer. The new management is no better with communication. They redid the website where we had autopay set up and did not let us know that doing so may have cleared the payment setup we had in place. Instead we got an email about a party and I got charged late fees and only got notified when I was called given a day before they sent out eviction notices. It has been 5 months since I moved out and I now have debt collectors after me for move out costs that I already paid and they wont pick up the phone. Their amenities are beautiful but dont expect any communication from them whatsoever.

    Absolutely do not rent at these apartments! They told me the apartment was going to be totally renovated and I had to wait a month to move in. I called 5 days to make sure apartment was finished and told it was fine. I arrive to water leaks, filthy apartment, a bathtub no one would get in , no hot water , thermostat broken and no control of temperature..and a 100 other things! They had to put me in a Hotel for a week! The Management comes in your house when you tell them you need notice! Worst experience Ive had in years. Im an older woman and please believe me! Im When I returned things continued to go wrong!

    Been seeing improvement with all the grounds and compactor issues. This place is starting to get much better than previous management.
