The Residences at The Playfair

10 STARS! Sarah, Ryan, Location, Amenities, Building and Residences - are ALL 1st Class !! Where to begin ?! I have lived at a competitor property in Midtown since 2020. Management changed at my current complex, lease was up for renewal. Praise God, that I not only found the Playfair but! Sarah, Ryan and their Maintenance Team are all beyond Polite, Helpful, Accommodating, Courteous, Prompt to Reply, Compassionate, Relatable, Genuine and Honest. I currently have a 3BR and need a 2BR. I could never get a straight answer from my current complex in Midtown in regards to transfer. I have been inquiring since Spt. 2022. I was placed on a 50+ person waitlist. How accommodating. Not the customer service one would anticipate after living in the complex for almost 2 years. Off the chain rude. Which, as you can well imagine, being a tenant with established residency since 2020 - was beyond frustrating. Carmel is very fortunate to have a complex and staff as the Playfair. Trust me. You will not, find 2 humanistic professionals, like Sarah & Ryan - who will be there for you in your apartment search in Carmel. The units are state of the art, spacious, lots of windows, wonderful ambiance, all have balconies, complimentary parking, storage lockers, bike racks galore with proximity to everything in the heart of Carmel City Center and Midtown! The building is breathtaking! Beyond excited to move in. Pedcor hit a home run with not only The Playfair but with the entire team! Thank you. We've been waiting for you. ;-)

This building and our apartment was the perfect place to live. If we hadn't relocated for work, we may have never left. Ryan is truly the most amazing person that we could have worked with - he consistently goes above and beyond to solve any problems and make living at the Playfair a wonderful experience. Thank you Ryan!

I loved the atmosphere, location, and staff. The downside is parking. Unless you pay for a reserved spot (which is quite a bit of money/month), finding parking can be very difficult on weekends or evenings. The parking garage fills fast and next thing you know, you're parking on the 4th floor. One thing I wish they had was the ability to let guests or delivery drivers up to your floor/door. They give you an access code for people to gain entry to the lobby but people have to have a key fob to get up the elevator or stairs. Sometimes, you just want to be lazy and order a pizza but not have to leave your apartment at all. Having the Monon Trail outside of the building is a nice touch to walk up to Midtown Carmel and grab a beer or bite to eat. Staff was super friendly and flexible. Even made it a point to bring me flowers and a meal when I had a close family member pass. Sarah is aweosme!

The Playfair is one of the best kept secrets in Carmel! We are in the middle of all the action. Friends who visit didnt even know it was tucked back here by the palladium. The construction is well done and the office/maintenance team are amazing!! I feel very secure in my apartment and love being right off the Monon. I will be staying here for many years!

We have enjoyed living here. Pleasant staff and beautiful building.

No better place to call home than Downtown Carmel. The Residences at the Playfair meets and exceeds all expectations when it comes to location, quality, and service. Sarah, Ryan, and Dustin are the friendliest to work with and always go above and beyond to assist in any situation. Highly recommend if you are looking to live in Carmel, Indiana. (which took 10th in the US for best places to live 2022)
