    We lived at The Residences at CCC for two years. it is a great place to live with Professional Management. There is always alot of activity going on in the area.

    This was an ideal location for our family. We are enthusiastic theatergoers and loved the proximity to The Center for the Performing Arts (The Booth Tarkington Civic Theater, The Actor's Theatre of Indiana and The Palladium.) It was such a treat to stroll across to attend performances. We also loved having several great restaurants on site - our favorites being Eggshell & Divvy's. Also very convenient access to retailers, Carmel Main Street, Carmel Civic Square and the Monon Trail. Our family rented a fully furnished 2 BR corporate apartment for 2 months and it was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was well equipped and the linen either new or freshly laundered. The staff were wonderful - kind, helpful and easy to contact. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Residences.
