The area is well kept, the staff is very helpful and nice. My particular unit is very nice and has no issues with any of the appliances included.
WARNING! Before you sign that lease! This place was constructed cheaply. They claim luxury, but the construction says different. It was not built with sound barrier material or on a thick sound barrier platform. It is not worth the price. I had a one bedroom apartment and with the constant sound issues the price should realistically be around $500 per month, not over $1,000. The inner construction is similar to an old NYC apartment. This place is sold on luxury style, not substance. I was fooled to think luxury and a higher price meant quiet and professional. The walls and floors are razor thin, allowing all manner of sound to enter your apartment. I had an unfortunate placement below a hyperactive heavy walker who apparently could not sit down, day or night. I endured constant stomping and slamming. This occurred every day of the week, during both night and day. It sounded as if the neighbors were exercising and moving furniture constantly. Also, you can hear your neighbors' TV and sound system over your own TV. I attempted to get help from management, they did try, but there was nothing they could do as it is a permanent construction issue. They would have to rebuild to solve the problem. If you demand quiet and professional for the price, look elsewhere.
Carmel Center is a great, clean community that is well maintained and has ample opportunities nearby for night life and newly added fresh amenities including a pet grooming room, package delivery room and fancy pool.
bad management, pests in apartment, noisy, cheap appliances, NOT WORTH THE MONEY!
Dog kennel in back of property - over 10 dogs barking all at once from 7am-5pm , including all holidays.
Maintenance requests are ignored.
Pests invading certain areas of the apartment.
The staff are quick to blame resident for their negligence .
Overall, apartment complex is NOT worth the money.
