    Avant is a wonderful community. The design and amenities are second to none in Carmel/Indianapolis. The staff is so friendly and truly care about their residents. We have lived here for seven months and could not be happier. It was a very good decision.

    Beautiful apartments and friendly staff! I was supposed to move to Carmel for a job opportunity and it fell through, otherwise this is absolutely the place I wouldve chosen! Top-of-the line finishes and awesome location.

    Was interested in Avant during their build and recently toured to see the outcome of their models. Amazing homes! And definitely offering the best amenities in Carmel.

    A beautiful place to live. However, the beauty covers many flaws. Im not giving up on them yet since theyre very new but Unfortunately they are behind in almost every category. Maintenance is almost non-existent.

    I love my actual apartment, but the management company needs to get their act together. Even though this is a new complex, there are way too many issues.
