    They increase the rent every year but won't provide any incentive to renew. The pool is almost never open... it is not fair to pay for a pool that is always closed. The appliances and fixtures are very dated. The residents are not well screened and I have had to live with getting woke up at 1 am at least once a week due to domestic violence. The courtesy officer is never on site when you call about a noise complaint or loose dog. I have had maintenance issues that were ignored for months. Go elsewhere.

    The apartments, people here, and maintenance are good but it is overpriced for camby and it is a pretty average apartment complex. You have to drive 30 minutes for work or to find anything fun to do like shopping unless you're good with just shopping at Wal-Mart or Meijer. My advice is find somewhere cheaper in Plainfield and it will be just as nice.
