very very poor complex. currently going back and forth with an attorney for a new fee they are trying to make mid lease. my attorney has said it does violate the lease contract but all the complex had to say was you will have to take us to court. stay far away

Beware!!! MOLD IN NEW BUILDING!! Foundation leaks/ rain water entering unit. There is mold, wet carpets, bathroom water smells like sewage and or is yellow most of the time. New owners A.R. Building Company out of Pennsylvania. Has very bad reputation per reviews on websites. Property Owners not taking appropriate responsibility and even call my renter's insurance and ask them to pay for my living expenses while they fix their building. Of course Allstate said no it is not their responsibility and there is no renter's insurance coverage due to Property Owners responsibilities from Foundation leaks.
