Haven't physically looked yet but I liked the online virtual tour.

After speaking with the front desk lady, I had low low hopes for the property. Im not sure of her name, but she is always at the front in the afternoon, blonde and acts like shes disgusted by anyone that walks in the door. Despite her horrible attitude and condescending remarks, we leased with them. At move in, we were helped by a woman in the back, who was a joy compared to our experiences with the other woman. We got our keys quickly, and were very pleased with the condition of the apartment. It was relatively clean (all college apartments are gross) and there was fresh paint, newer carpet and nice windows. We were a little surprised at the window air conditioning and no central, but overall it was livable. The one caveat is that our apartment came with a welcome folder with TONS of lead warnings. DO NOT RENT HERE IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO TAKE THE NECESSARY PRECAUTIONS AND RISKS. They will not inform you, talk about it, or even point it out at any time in the process. THEY DO NOT CARE IF YOU KNOW THE RISKS.

I paid my deposit, I drove up to my apartment. My heart sank. The property around the apartments looked trashed. I took a deep breath and walked up my stairs to my apartment door, I struggled opening it because the paint had dried to the point where it had stuck the door close. I opened the door. It was nothing like the video that the apartment management had sent to me months prior to me moving in. I walked in the house and my heart sank even more. There was no kitchen and what was considered a kitchen had appliances from probably the 90s. I looked over to my left and there was my living room complete with windows that didnt shut, that had to be held close by a latch just on one window that was obviously added by either the previous tenant or their contractors. I put on a brave face because my daughter was excited about us having our own space after my divorce, but as I inspected the apartment further I realized that this is not a home for a child. I stepped out onto the balcony and shook the railing and the whole entire deck shook underneath me. The deck was unfinished and splinters were coming up out of the wood. Unfortunately I cant post videos. I walked back into the house and my stomach was turning. I rounded the corner so I could look into the bathroom and I realized that soap scum from the previous tenant was still caked in the bathtub. And the toilet was remnants of the last tenant and what they ate. I walked into what was going to be my room and saw a mold all on the windowsill. Not only that but it looks like there is blood on all of the outlets. The counters in the kitchen had scorch marks. The inside of the stove was tore up. The cabinets to the kitchen would not open up because of the dried paint that was caked on over all of the nasty grease left behind from previous tenant. Then I looked up and I realize that instead of replacing and cleaning the vents they just spray painted them. I did not continue my lease with them.

The lady on the phone was a bit blunt.
