It is such a wonderful apartment complex! Nice staff, great renovated kitchen and dog park. I feel safe and involved in the community :)

Great living quality for college students that prefer a quieter community and higher quality apartments.

Mike went above and beyond to get us a place with short notice and at a great price! Now I just need to decide what my first song will be in the karaoke room!!

It is quite. Grouds are very well maintained. Staff is friendly and efficient.

We moved to Bloomington a year go and our move-in experience wasn't great then. Drew, the guy who worked at the front desk, didn't bother to give us garage door openers and the apartment wasn't in that great of a condition (e.g., several blinds were not fixed). So far, we have stayed here for over a year. The new management team had quite a bit of turnover. The newest manager, Brigette is just delightful to work with. She helped us straighten the lease renewal and was as helpful as she could be as we faced a lot of uncertainty with renewal. Greg at the front office was also greatly helpful. For them, I am changing my review to a five-star rating. I am hopeful that these people are great to work with at the time when we decide to move out as well.

The Fields is a beautiful community. My guides were friendly and spent a great deal of time showing me the MULTIPLE amenities, grounds, and facilities. We were only able to see one of the one bedroom apartments, but it was wonderful. Unfortunately my son needs a short term lease for his internship which made The Fields price prohibitive, but for a regular lease, it is very reasonable for everything that The Fields offers. He will definitely be looking here in the event that a more traditional lease is needed in the future.

Nice, quiet community with nice people. Love taking walks around the community ! The staff are guninuely helpful
