Terra Trace Apartments

Decent living for college students. Expect your neighbors to be college students and have that sort of living arrangement. Other than that the staff is great and maintenance is wonderful.

Horrible management unwilling to help or listen to concerns. Tina the manager refuses to listen and talks over you to state only her side. 24 year old daughter cannot get a parking pass has lived there two years. She is forced to park 3 blocks away at a football stadium and walk during early morning hours and at night to get to her car. She pays over 840 dollars a month and cant park outside her own apartment. Tina refused to listen to her or my concerns about this. The outside doors to the building have no locks and no security features. If you have a young female student attending college at U of I I would recommend you look elsewhere avoid this complex Terra Trace. They do not have your childs best interest in mind. Steer clear do not rent from these people. Concerned Father!

Do not move in here. Many issues including disrespectful landlord, disgusting move in conditions and building is falling apart. You would be better off living in your car than living in these overpriced units.

Its and old building that is poorly maintained, and in need of serious work. I would not recommend staying there unless you absolutely have to. Water leaks, electrical issues, and they blame everything on the tenant. Stay away.

Packages came on time and were held safe. Management is very friendly and understanding.

Very reasonable rates for the area and very kind management make this place the best I've seen in Bloomington. Maintenance is usually slow unless it's an emergency and the buildings are very old, but I love the "nature" feel of the apts with the tall trees and decent landscaping.
