Millennium

We love it here!!! Lots of greenspace, so many amenities.The shuttle is great for getting to campus. The office is always fast to respond with any concerns. Hope to stay along time.

The units themselves are great with some of the best amenities in the city, the community is very friendly and there's always something new being fixed or added so you really feel like you see where your rent money is going. On the other hand the office is just absolute garbage. Management is great but the people they hire for the front end are so rude and stuck up, not to mention the unprofessionalism by the front end is so bad it makes you not even want to step into the office. The front staff feels like it changes every week which is unsettling when you have lived at a place for 3 years and every month there's some new rude leasing agent taking your money. Overall good place to live just be ready to have issues in the office.

I am a doctor that recently moved to Bloomington, IN, and I made the mistake of selecting the apartment complex, The Quarry, which is managed by Millennium Apartments. Since moving here in 2020, the managers have been fowl-tempered, and unable to provide basic services like ensuring my central air conditioning unit works in 90 degree weather. They are grossly incompetent and unable to even use their own RentCafe software system. They hire all these young college students as 'leasing agents', who have no idea what is going on, so that the administration can hide and avoid the responsibilities of running an apartment complex. It is really surprising this place (not a business) is still running. Though, it probably has something to do with the fact, these college students do not know any better. This cheaply-built, over-priced apartment complex will try to evict you when you pay rent, leave you without electricity all the time, and complain about meeting their end of the contract involving maintenance. I know I stayed here 2 years, unfortunately.

I live at Bloom, but I use Millennium all the time for the gym and free tanning. It is so big, and I love that I can do so many workouts in each part of the gym. I always wave to the staff as I walk in, and they always greet me kindly when I am passing by. I think because they love my dog and are always asking to see him lol. I'm glad I chose to live with this company.

I have lived at Millennium for over two years. I really appreciate how much they have upgraded the amenities center. Three workout rooms, basketball court, and free tanning are great!
