We love it here!!! Lots of greenspace, so many amenities. The shuttle is great for getting to campus.
The office is always fast to respond with any concerns. Hope to stay along time.
The units themselves are great with some of the best amenities in the city, the community is very friendly and there's always something new being fixed or added so you really feel like you see where your rent money is going. On the other hand the office is just absolute garbage. Management is great but the people they hire for the front end are so rude and stuck up, not to mention the unprofessionalism by the front end is so bad it makes you not even want to step into the office. The front staff feels like it changes every week which is unsettling when you have lived at a place for 3 years and every month there's some new rude leasing agent taking your money. Overall good place to live just be ready to have issues in the office.
Cant wait until my lease is up so I can move. I have never had as much trouble with an apartment or leasing agency as I have had with Millenium. Front desk staff is beyond useless, unprofessional and downright rude on several occasions. I have been told I will get a call back regarding questions/maintenance issues, then never hear anything back. Also, they only take check or money order at the desk.Im sorry, but this is 2019. Get a Square card reader and get with the program. Would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone.
Poor management nice apartment
Maintenance is a bunch of guys who could care less about the buildings they service, they are there for a paycheck and not to help you fix a problem. Apartments are smaller than they sound and look when you first viewThey make rules they do not enforce, then turn around and threaten you with eviction when you do something you had no idea was a rule. However they do tend to leave their residence alone, you rarely see any of the staff unless you walk into the office building. The grounds are maintained well enough that it looks good enough, nothing fantastic. Overall for the apartment not worth the money for the apartment, but not bad enough to break a lease (especially since you will have to find your own replacement to the lease). Also overall on the customer service side, the only employees that go beyond the 'good enough' aspect of their jobs are the people trying to make a commission off your lease signing. If you want Hunter Property's full attention and quality you will need to choose Bloom not Millennium apartments. Barely recommend.
