We love it here!!! Lots of greenspace, so many amenities. The shuttle is great for getting to campus.
The office is always fast to respond with any concerns. Hope to stay along time.
The units themselves are great with some of the best amenities in the city, the community is very friendly and there's always something new being fixed or added so you really feel like you see where your rent money is going. On the other hand the office is just absolute garbage. Management is great but the people they hire for the front end are so rude and stuck up, not to mention the unprofessionalism by the front end is so bad it makes you not even want to step into the office. The front staff feels like it changes every week which is unsettling when you have lived at a place for 3 years and every month there's some new rude leasing agent taking your money. Overall good place to live just be ready to have issues in the office.
Buyer beware. Nearly $300/month electric bills during the winter. Mold problems. Building is poorly built. Management isn't honest. Too many residents trash the property and don't pick up after their dog. Your car will get hit...a lot. Amenities are nice when they work. Your apartment repairs are second to empty apartments. The price you pay is definitely not worth the experience.
