I have lived here for a couple years and am moving to a new place that offers more for a bit less. The neighborhood and maintenance are strengths here, but some of the units themselves are outdated and maintained with cheap materials. The carpet and tile, for example, are sloppily installed and not durable. Regular vacuuming will bring up runs in the carpet and it unravels all over the unit. Overall, good neighborhood, but units are certainly overpriced.

Excellent place. Immaculately maintained, beautifully landscaped, and very nice people! I have always had great experiences with maintenance requests, and we love our apartment! There are beautiful walking trails around the property, and lovely pool area, and vet dog friendly!
