The new management which acquired the hoosier court is pretty bad. They are pretty late in replying to the maintenance requests. A neighbor of ours had to live without the heater being fixed for almost 2 winter months. We were charged carpet change fees and other fridge and dishwasher fees without any proof of damages. When we had tried to dispute the charges, they directly threatened over email. This was one of the most unprofessional management i have ever encountered.

Maintenance is slow and incompetent, often making mistakes. It is December 26 and my heat has not worked properly for over a month (this is not the only problem with maintenance, just the most recent). There is so much light pollution in the complex that we needed blackout curtains to be able to sleep.

Large floor plans at affordable price. Also appreciate the amenities available like, outdoor grills and picnic benches, basketball court, and gym.
