Campus Walk staff have always been attentive and caring about my needs as a renter. The folks in the office treat you like you're part of a larger, extended family. Moreover, I have thoroughly enjoyed living in my apartment, and when a couple of minor things came up, maintenance was able to rectify the issues promptly and completely. I would recommend Campus Walk to anyone.
Campus Walk is a shining star among places to live in Bloomington. With the few problems I have faced with my apartment, everything was addressed immediately. I am beyond pleased with my decision to live at a Campus Walk complex for the past couple years.
The apartment was comfortable and had a decent amount of space and amenities for a reasonable rent.
Fast maintenance and close to campus.
The women running the office don't care about their residents or pay any respect to tenant wishes. Parking is horrible- tenants pay for parking passes but the company sells more than the amount of space they have available and refuse to paint parking lines so that tenants won't park at ridiculous angles or too far away from each other to fit anymore cars, leaving tenants who have paid for parking passes to park on the street and receive tickets. There is a towing company, but the management continually puts the wrong towing company in the newsletters so that tenants have to call multiple companies on their own before finding the right one. The apartments are leased out in poor conditions, things are broken and the management/maintenance won't fix them or respect times requested for arrival. Some of these things include repairing a furnace on the verge of catching fire, doors falling off of hinges and brackets of closets, and air ducts collapsing.
