B-Line Heights

I have been trying to get into this community with my two children for almost three years. The "Manager" has zero respect for the local community and hangs up on people often. This place is not for the locals, it's for first come first serve without any rhyme or reason. RUDE AND EXTREMELY JUDGEMENTAL

I am in my second year now here and this has been the best place I've ever lived. I love my apartment now more than when I first got my key. The place is gorgeous and I am proud of where I live for the first time in my life. I have many friendly neighbors that I enjoy seeing around the building. The staff are incredibly friendly and have consistently responded fast and effectively to anything I've needed help with. I feel safer living here with the security locked doors and that has helped relieve so much personal anxiety I dealt with in prior living situations. Bline Heights has been great about keeping the halls cleaned weekly and leave friendly packets on our doors every month that include calendars, recipes, games and info about events around town. They always let us know in advance before anyone enters the apartment for any routine maintenance on hvac or inspections. The smart thermostat is very cool and all the appliances are nice/ brand new so they all work perfectly. I honestly never want to move!!

I am so fortunate l was actually able to get my 1st choice and only application put in at, back in those days, after just receiving Sect. 8. This place is amazing, completely with staff that treats you like friends as well as clients, always willing and helpful to explain how certain processes work. Grab bars assessembled quiqly for people with your health condition, as are others. Answer calls quickly & effeciently. There are some kinks to be worked out perfectly re: heating in this amazing Symbiotic Eco Dynamic complex, which still saves me expenses on bills, but like my father, who worked on construction, says: buildings all have issues the 1st yr up. Just be prepared your first week+ to STILL be finding luxuries, such as splash proof outlets by the sink or an unnoticed storage locker that is yours for example! It's just that kinda placee!!!

I have tried to call this place 6 times now in 2 days and no one seems to be available or seems to want to pick up the phone. So far not a good sign of good management

The staff, Sarah & Courtney have been professional, courteous & helpful. The tenants I've met here so far were nice. There are some safety issues that needs to be addressed though.
