The apartments are nice. Quiet. I love the fireplace. Staff is friendly. Apartments are a great value. I feel like they are well priced.

I rated my overall satisfaction "Good" since this was my first experience renting an apartment. I love The Brixton because of its size and new renovations. Very quiet! I just wish that we would be sent a bill each month before rent is due. Or if there is any concerns/updates they could email and send a letter. Sometimes I didn't feel up to date. Overall I would live there again! I would definitely recommend this place.

I feel the apartments are overpriced for what you get, I recieved an apartment with rotted cabinets and unfinished carpet. My storage unit also was filled with trash and old smashed cigarettes. The complex is nice during the spring and summer, but winter was horrible to drive through. The main drive was pothole after pothole. I had a small hole in my bedroom ceiling which has expanded since then... I have notified maintenance of the problem. They said it had been fixed, but has only gotten worse. Only days after moving in I was vacuuming my carpet and it shredded into pieces; due to it not being nailed in completely. I love the new management since I've lived here, but the apartment and the rent payment does not match what you get at all.

Overall, the apartment is alright. There have been some issues, however, with neighbors playing loud music that I can hear at all hours of the night. Also, my neighbors across the hall seem to smoke a lot of weed and it filters through to my heating vents. Just some things to note.
