What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Avon

I like that my neighborhood is on the less busy side of town. It is tucked away off of a county road. Everyone keeps up with their homes and yards so it looks beautiful.

Everything is easily reach within short distance.the school is just right around the corner, hospital is just a block away. Grocery , gasoline stations are just 5 mins away from my hiuse. For the most part uts a quiet neighborhood.

We have a very nice neighborhood. Safe and friendly. Walk around at anytime and you feel safe. The sun shines bright in our area

There are some outside restaurants it seems like everybody has a dig or cat they are always walking there dog lots if people walk there dog I mean lots I live animals I just rescued a kitty hes great

I love the pool Car wash Park Social places lakes and pretty much everything that is here it is a buggy place

The park or the trails. There are two parks, one more for bigger children and one for little children there are ponds by both parks but with a bridge over it
