The staff was very friendly. Beautiful apartments, definitely an option in our new home search. Staff member, Malachi, was very polite, very nice, understanding, and helpful. He even gave me a coffee mug on Mother's Day!!
Lived there for over 3 years and the staff was awesome and the complex was great. Even reccomended and helped 4 people move in when we lived there. Moved out(got a house) and now they are with holding money from us and are not giving us a reason why. Every bill was paid on time, old staff told us all the time that we were one of the few to give them no problems. FOR OVER A MONTH NOW we cannot get an answer on why we are not getting out money back. They tell us each time they will "get back to us by ________" and never do. I have had to call them back every time. More times than I can count on one hand. The only people from the new staff that have been helpfull are Jim(he is already now gone after only being property manager for maybe a mont or two) and Denise who is honestly a very great and kind person to work with, just lacks the skills it takes to return peoples calls. Get ready to deal with attitude and even downtalking from Megan. Very quick to jump the gun on her comments without knowing the background. The new property manager Could also use an attitude adjustment. Alice I believe her name was? Hard to tell with the mumbeling and unenthusiastic tone she gives off over the phone. Talked to my wife and I like we were children and refused to make an easy phonecall to comed for us to help take care of a billing issue. The billing issue had nothing to do with prairie view but was up to them to call and verify our move out date so that we would not be charged for the $40 of electricity rhat we did not use. Alice made sure to tell me that she "is not going to call comed because it is not her problem and she does not have time to sit on the phone. Have comed call me" in the end comed said that was against protocall. Finally alice called and according to com'eds recording/notes she was rude and hung up on them before simply giving them our move out date.
Last week I talked to Alicewho said "Honestly there is nothing I think I can do for you" regaurding my m
