The people are rude in the office the buildings smell and the elevators suck so many people have gotten stuck in there.
It's too expensive for single not rich people
You get what you pay for. The complex are older brick buildings that could use some updates, the walls between neighbors are a little thin for privacy. The communal laundry is low quality. Also the strays are fed by residents which brings lots of wild life such as skunks a little too close for comfort, with no repercussions from the administration. Not to mention the very rude customer service. Ive called maintenance once (so far) to fix my older fan in the unit and all that was provided was a couple of screws turned. Now the fan squeaks more than before. But I was told it was fine and was left with a wobbling fan.(I will be calling again in hopes to actually have something fixed or replaced.) Then when trying to reschedule a bug inspection due to having to call in late for work since Im not going to let strangers (the maintenance and the inspector) into my living space when it is
1. not decent due to the short notice of two days prior to the inspection
2. filled with valuables I would rather monitor.
The office manger sadly came off very rude right away when asking to set back the inspection for a day or two. She was quick to snap back that I have signed the lease that allows them to come into the property when need be (which I was aware of and not trying to deny I was only trying to accommodate to my schedule and their needs for inspection) However Im very displeased with how the manger handled the situation and I would of understood and agreed upon it if I wasnt treated very deplorably.
Overall for first time renters and renters who are looking for an inexpensive residence for the area I would recommend. However as stated in the beginning you get what you pay for. Rude costumer service and not updated appliances in every unit, so choose wisely.
Very good manager
I found it very nice place to live , but the road conditions are very bad, Balcony is little small and washing is common area.
