Some of the staff members are very unfriendly and rude. Also the apartments are not worth the rate we pay. School district is bad and for the amount they charge for rent, it is easily to find communities in arlington hts, vernon hills etc. The maintenance is also bad.

I have been living in mallard since 2016 and I am extremely happy with the amenities of the society. The parks, gym, pool everything is neatly maintained. Staff is curteous and warm (Melissa) to cater all your requirements.. the best is maintenance people are just a mail or call away. The houses are big, storage is good I would recommend this place any day
