What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Wheaton

I like that my neighborhood is more country and not in town. The nearest grocery store is over a mile away

Businesses, including grocery stores and restaurants are very close.t here is easy access to highways.

We have great outdoor concerts in the summer time. We have lots of police interactions for family outings

There are good schools and lots of restaurants. I just wish it was a little more scenic. Going to the park with family is a great thing to do.

The block is fun and so are people. We care about the look of our homes. We have a shopping are with food and stores but we need a few more shops, some stores are vacant. We have parks nearby for walking and biking.

There is an abundance of restaurants in our neighborhood & many within walking distance. The same is true for grocery stores & shops of all sorts. The area also has a lot of nature trails & many paths that are great for walking or riding your bikes.
