Heating is not working, temps are in the single digits, and they dont seem too worried about fixing it. But they sure want their rent on time! Would NOT recommend living here.

This is by far the worse place that I have ever lived. When you live here you will be accompanied by tons of Cockroaches, least the rats aren't too bad cuz I've only seen 4 or 5 so far. Don't even think about getting something repaired because maintenance and office staff don't do any work. Whatever you do, don't think about moving here, I'm serious!

Awful, the apts seemed to be rushed into looking modern but you could tell everything was done very cheaply. Old appliances are the standard, the laundry room has dryers that cant even dry your clothes. I left the apt in great condition, had covers on the carpet and everything, only to be told that I am not getting my security deposit back. Don't give yourself a headache and look elsewhere.

The new management does not have it together. Make sure to bring salt for the winter months because your building access will be a solid sheet of ice. Online bill pay Naw were back in the 60's you give us a check. Communucation nope we dont do that either. Get it together Westmont Village Apartments.

Kathy was the employee that showed us the apartments, she took us through the premium and deluxe models. We loved the countertops and "BRAND NEW" appliances, we were promised in the premium apartment, so we decide to spend the extra money for that model. We moved into the apartment may 5th, when we opened the door to our new home it was a sad attempt at a replica of the model unit we were shown. The craftsmanship of the unit was disappointing, it looked liked the guys rushed to get the job completed. Upon further inspection we realized none of the appliances were new because there was a ton of gunk in the oven. The entire apartment was dusty, the vinyl floors were dirty and had paint splatter everywhere, we found a piece of gum on the floor in the closet, greasy finger prints on the cabinets, and unfortunately we found urine, feces and hair on and around the toilet. We contacted management figuring it was just an over site, that day and politely asked if someone could be sent to properly clean the room and fix little maintenance issues we found. Chris helped us this time and said he was very sorry and would send a cleaning crew Monday at the very latest. Right before he suggested we take a key to the floors and scrape the paint off ourselves if we wanted done sooner.... Monday came and went maintenance came to fix the small issues but still no cleaning service. Tuesday came and went still no call or cleaning service so the end of the day came and I'm upset at this point. I call the office and Kathy answers I expressed I was unhappy that nothing was rectified and asked that the problem be resolved. Too which she said she wasn't going to be in the office tomorrow but she will send someone to clean the room and follow up with us on Thursday. I called off work so I could be here to make sure the cleaning crew addressed every area. Wednesday came and went still no cleaning service, and at this point we are fed up. We were no longer going to live in someone else's filth.
