This is a poorly maintained property. In the last two months, I have had raw sewage flood my unit TWICE due to poor plumbing, The first time, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. When it happened a second time, and they failed to have the place properly sanitized for 3 days, it's now a pattern and a health/safety concern. Aside from the possibility of having your neighbors' human waste flood your apartment, you will also be subject to insect problems, poorly constructed interiors, uneven flooring, faulty appliances, and improperly sealed windows/doors. They've flooded review sites with positive reviews after a rebranding but do nothing to fix their issues. Read the negative reviews to get an accurate depiction of the property management and ask yourself exactly how much discomfort and incompetence you're willing to live with. Here are a few quotes from the property manager, Melanie, last time I spoke with her. In regards to the poor build quality: "if you're looking for a nice, new-feeling apartment, this isn't it" In response to raw sewage flooding my unit: "when you're renting in a place like this, unfortunately sometimes you have to pay for the stupidity of your neighbors"

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Was able to set an appointment to view property, answer all questions and getting an agreement in place. Highly recommend to anyone searching.

DO NOT LIVE HERE Awful maintenance, horrible trash problems, incompetent management

My partner and I applied to rent here. We were initially very excited and impressed. Unfortunately, our application was denied, but we were promised some of the application fees back within 30 days. At over 45 days, we still hadn't received our money after many phone calls and conversations with Brittney so my partner stopped in the office to find out how we can get the promised fees back. Instead of providing us with some basic information, such as when the check was cut and who to contact in accounting, Brittney threatened us and said she would call the police if we came back regarding the matter. At the end of the day, thank God we found another great apartment and community in Orion Prospect! Please be careful dealing with this staff. They were less than helpful and to this day, we never received our money.
