The best thing about this area are the people. Everyone is friendly and all of the amenities are close by.

Everyone is very close. The whole neighborhood seems to be involved in any and all activities hosted by the neighborhood.

Our neighborhood is quiet most of the time. Friendly neighbors are everywhere. We have street lights which makes it very safe at night.
