What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Villa Park

There is a lot of shopping within walking distance. There are many different restaurants to choose from

Close to shopping and downtown. New building bringing in business and gen x couples. Also close to bicycle and walking paths

We like to go to Kroger's, the parks. Family dollar and other places like that. We also enjoy just walking around the neighborhood during the day.

Like that train is across the street from me. There are small food stores in walking distance from me.

We like going to the library and to the local park district. We are finding more and more activities to do around town

I like how friendly every one is. A good diversity of types of people. Not too many snobs in the neighborhood.
