An honest review: 4/5 stars
This is a really good place to live.
All the positives: I share a 2 bedroom with a roommate. It is affordable @$825 a month (year lease) and you only pay for power/electric which can be anywhere from about $50-250 in our experience. The management has worked hard since we moved here about a year ago. The buildings are older which may mean a few things will need to be fixed from time to time, but the renovations are awesome. We have a good mix of different kinds of people for neighbors (who mostly keep to themselves, though they are friendly if you talk to them). Its a great place for kids and many people have pets.
As for negatives: I am not a fan of the landscaping (lack of grass/flowers, not handicap friendly, buildings/sidewalks are settling) and occasionally there will be some trash around. You are supposed to get recycling service according to the contract, but so far its a no-go. I would also be aware before you rent that each place has its own quirks. Be sure you are shown the exact townhouse you will be renting. The home we wanted was under renovation at the time we came to visit so we visited another with the same layout. It turns out our actual home, unlike many others, has no gravel in front and no porch/gate in the back. We thought that once we moved in we could get that fixed, but were told that you just get the townhouse you get and some have different yards etc. They dont repair/replace the back fences, and when I asked about gravel because of the rain water pooling, I was brushed off several times before I came home to a bit on either side of the entry way, but still not covering the space.
Overall, this place is very worth it. Just be sure you do your homework before you rent!
