I love it dont chang nothing
Maintenance Department is terrible, will enter your apartment at any time, leave no note and typically not finish the work. Do not rent from a company managed by Penobscot Management.
I came home this evening to an apartment in shambles, no kitchen sink, no ability to lock the door and received no notification this would occur. The people making the mess left no note on why the work wasn't finished or when it would be finished.
Apartment complex - Village in the Park - Schaumburg, IL.. Managed by Penobscot.
I recently moved here ,apartment is decent but the maintenance is really poor , the leasing office staff needs to be more professional
For 1 small issue they take at least 1 month to address it definitely not worth it.
If you work the 10pm-6am shift on your job and then sleep during the day it will be problematic and difficult to get 8 hours of sleep. The buildings have daytime renovation work and building maintenance during the day day after day week after week month after month with much worker noise, TOOL noise and you can't sleep. The mgt should alert all potential residents that work the night shift of this beyond annoyance. They will not. You will find out and experience it AFTER you move in. Also I live in the tall tower and residents who smoke dump and throw away their disgusting cigarette buts by the doorways on the ground mimicking GHETTO areas.
Friendly staff, and great accommodations.
