I am a brand new resident.
So far the experience has been excellent with the staff, and especially Monica.
The lobby immediately made me feel at home. The staff gave me the feeling of being supported and respected. Upon tour of the apartment, I felt at home and relaxed. Would highly recommend the complex to others.
Highly accessible, great centralized location, minutes away from great grocery stores, the Woodfield Mall, well reviewed restaurants, excellent area walking/jogging trails, calm surroundings & high quality of service with a friendly staff. Its a well maintained community - requests are promptly attended to, common areas are vacuumed several times per week & good quality in-house amenities- stainless major appliances, large/wide bathtubs, washer drier combo and walk-in closets.
Have been here for a few years, and originally things were pretty goodmanagement company was AMAZING, they fixed everything immediately, office staff was friendly, price was justifiable, etc. However, the rent has increased about $100 each year, frequent management changes in the last few years (with no communication as to the changes so when you go to pay one company, you have suddenly realized they no longer manage the place...what?!) mean that the nice office staff are no longer here, existing staff seems disorganized, the maintenance teams fix less (not their fault, I have been told that they no longer supply the same things they used to per management policy), gym equipment takes forever to get repaired, pool repairs/closures, etc all mean that the ammenities that used to justify the cost is no longer worth it (especially combined with the price increases). Cheap hardware inside the place, occasional water coming into corners of apartments (nothing urgent, but also not something you want to worry about when youre rening!) etcsave yourself the frustration. The ammenities they offer are not unique anymore. You can find something nicer for less.
I don't understand the negative reviews. I've lived here almost a year and am going to stay for another. I love this place! It's like living in a resort. The only thing that keeps this from being a 5 star review is the snow removal over the winter left a lot to be desired.
