Great place to live with the family! It's quite and clean, has enough parking lots.
I am very pleased and happy. What better choice then Savannah Terrace. When I see maintenance guys working in the evening that tells me they care about this place. Thank you guys.
We have only lived here for about 2 weeks. I will definitely recommend the apartment based on my experience so far. The leasing agent, Nancy that we dealt with was extremely nice, helpful and made the whole leasing experience very efficient and without any complications. They have been very responsive to maintenance issues and have done a great deal in making my family feel at home.
Just loved calling this place my home. The staff plus manger is here to help and they do a good job.
My wife and I have lived here for around a year. We have an upgraded 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit. We absolutely love it!
Things we love:
- There is amazing natural light in every room.
- Service requests are handled very quickly.
- It's easy to pay rent.
- The workout space is small, but adequate, especially since it's free with the commuity.
- The pool is a great space, too!
- The floors are easy to take care of.
Things we don't love:
- Our downstairs neighbors who smoke when you're not supposed to and slam lots of doors! But, hey, no matter where you go, you might have naughty neighbors.
- The windows are old.
Overall, we are moving out at the end of our lease because we bought a townhome! If we hadn't bought, despite rent going up a little, we most likely would have stayed because we love our apartment.
