This is the most overpriced and disgusting apartment I've ever lived in. I've had cockroaches since I moved in that continue to find a way into my apartment. Their mail system is terrible and I've had 4 packages stolen. Management doesn't care at all to fix any issues. Their parking system is terrible. You must register guest cars and they must park on the other side of the property. I've had guest's car towed twice because they failed to tell us the proper parking spot. The apartment building is always much hotter than what you set your apartment at, I'm continually having to leave my balcony door open during the winter to cool off my apartment. There is trash everywhere in the halls. The walls themselves are disgusting. Carpets were supposed to be replaced 6 months ago and they have yet to do it. Overall, the worst place to live.
ithis is one place very nice to my sons
Unfortunately I am current resident here. I cant even give one star, terrible place to move in, first was shown different apartment then they moved to some other apartment, apartment had bed bugs all over physically you can see, when we complained they moved us to another apartment which has whole in wall and theres animal inside which make noises. But they said they cant help until few days so have to deal with noise and even cant sleep. They changed lease from 9 months to 10 months without any permission. I honestly suggest before move in ask current resident they will tell you not to move in at all. Terrible even horrible place to live. Last thing forget to take shower because its going to take more than 4 hours to take it, water is that much slow and they cant do any thing coz they dont want to replace it.
Im am 63 years old and have lived in many different places. The single worst mistake I ever made was moving here. This is by far the worst place you could possibly live. Dont do it, this place is REALLY bad.
I wanted to wait until I moved out of here to write a review, but this place has pushed me too far. I don't know what else to do but to make sure that no one else moves in here without knowing what they're walking into.
I would say I was happy living here for the first month or so. Great location, affordable rent, and the apartment was a decent size. Things have just gone downhill since then. Let me just briefly list the issues I've faced in living here for the past six months.
There are huge roaches. If you walk down the first-floor hallway (which you have to go down to do laundry) you will likely see 5-10 dead roaches. Sometimes they pile up even worse, because the halls are rarely cleaned. We live on the third floor and have found one live roach in our kitchen. We also had our flooring replaced in our bathroom and saw that there were about 20 dead roaches under our sink vanity. We get bites in the middle of the night, like mosquito bites but bigger. The exterminators confirmed we don't have bed bugs, but that these could be roach bites. Roach bites are rare, and only happen when there is overcrowding, like in our building.
Maintenance is hit or miss. I've had them come in and fix things right away. I've also had to wait a long time or repeatedly request for them to come back because they didn't fix things right the first time. One time I had to call the health inspector because sewage had leaked from our toilet under the bathroom floor and they refused to fix the flooring. The health inspector ordered them to fix it within a month. He also told us that he'd be getting to know the head of maintenance a lot better because he'd been getting a lot of complaints lately. They eventually fixed our flooring, and we saw that there was black mold on the underside of the old flooring they were carrying out from all the moisture that had been trapped underneath.
These are not all of the issues I've encountered. Just the ones that have angered me most.
