Hello, I Would Like to Know Do You Accept Section8 Vouchers?

Mice, ?????? Not a place I'd want to live and/or Deal with Mice; unless corrected? Are their Garges' and Covered Parking?

I have been a resident for years and have watched the service and upkeep decline since a change in management. There are too many issues to discuss but the main issue is.. there are mice!!! Renters beware!!

In the building I reside, there has been a leaking issue for what seems like the 2+ years I've been here. It smells like mold, there are holes in the walls from work being constantly done, and it still leaks. They recently decided to replace everyone's sliding doors to their balconies, very good. But it was in the middle of winter, the crews were about two months later than they were scheduled for the work done, crews left a mess inside the apartment after they were done, and all their machinery tore up all the turf in the courtyard. Less good. There is a dedicated laundry room in every building. Last year prices were raised, but I assume that was the company that owns the equipment? I don't like it but oh well. I recently got this months Billings and there was an extra $70 charge added on because they missed billing me for something a year ago. No notification, no call, not even an email. They just randomly pasted it into the rent. Watwr has been turned off more times than I can count, and a majority on work days. Best part? Water pressure never really seems that good, the water can never stay the same temp (ive been burned several times from the water just randomly turning to boiling essentially) and more. And, probably my favorite, I reported mild twice and a possible leak/water damage in my bathroom. They got the water damage taken care of, great, but the mold persisted. My tickets at the time were deleted from the system multiple times, leading me to my new end of week bathroom routine which is bleaching the ceiling and wiping it down with a swifter mop. Honestly, live somewhere else. A one bedroom apartment is currently going for more than $1k, which for all the issues is absolutely absurd. The only thing keeping me from going absolutely berserk is that the management team kinda got dropped into this with how bad everything has been managed before them. There's more to list but I do not have space in this text field.

I am looking for a 2 bedroom apartment and I already live in park Forest and would like to stay in the area. I dont know about the place.
