Do not be fooled by the pictures. I have been here three years. The first year was ok, however, after that everything went downhill really quick. Poor appliances. Never-ending plumbing problems, dirty carpet in the hallways and the building has a smell. No hot water in my unit for the past six months, and they can't seem to fix the problem. Rent increase every year, with no upgrades. It takes them 48 hours to 2 weeks (or more) to respond to maintenance requests. Not worth the money or your time. Do not be fooled. I'm in the process of looking for a new location to move. My recommendation is to bypass this place. It is not worth the money, or your time.
Lived here for exactly 7 months out of our 14 month contract. It was that bad. Always having plumbing issues, the halls smelled like mildew/mold. Packages were stolen, cameras don't work, no ac in common areas, like laundry room where its severely needed. Maintenance guys were awesome. They keep the outside nicer than the inside. Its an OK place for temporary living.
I heard back from them. But they require too much minimum amount of income from a single disabled person to live there.
very unprofessional ....will go up on your rent every year... washing machines not enough water in when washing your clothes... rugs are dirty in the hallways..and smell bad when its hot outside..leaks in the ceilings..elevators always broke.. for the money they charge its ridiculous..the apartments are spacious but it's not what you think or what it look like.. the building was built in the 70'S over forty years ago and need rehab done outside and inside the only thing they do is patch up look at the cracks on the foundation outside and look at the rugs in the hallways and out dated elevators.... I been here two years and can't wait to move...what they charge is a mortgage payment..Lol
I haven't heard back yet so I can't honestly rate them.
