They cancelled the showing on us the day we were supposed to look at apartments. The lack of customer service makes me not want to consider them, which really sucks because it seems like such a nice place to live. I get that maybe they had just signed away their last vacancy, but a little more heads up would be appreciated and is just a good business practice.
Stairs are an issue - there are no ground level apartments. Also, there is no central a/c .
They quickly fix my problems.
The maintenance crew are very fast at responding and coming in to work on maintenance orders, and the office staff members are always very courteous.
The floors/ceilings are very thin so I can always here when someone walks above me. 3 months into my stay a knob wouldn't turn off, built up pressure shooting up and breaking a light in the bathroom. That caused an electrical shortage, also flooding my bathroom and going a little onto the carpet. Minus the glass in the bathroom and on the carpet, it didn't get extremely bad b/c I got down & turned the knob off under the sink. Maintenance did come promptly and got the water up. No problems since.
