Leasing Agent appeared unprofessional and fuzzy if i would have to pay another application fees , despite fact, being owned by same property management company and prior payments and applications fees paid. However , she had no problem telling me i would need a co signer as if i was buying the apartment.

It's very loud in the morning. Maintenance men outside my window early in the morning and I work overnights at the hospital it would be nice to be a little quicker in the morning other than that it's was very nice very clean and the pool was amazing especially on a hot summer day. We loved it!
I had to move for my employer but I would recommend the property based on the area and management. The maintenance guy was always very helpful.
Honestly, you get what you pay for with timberbrook. I've been here nearly 3 years, and it is a safe community but at all costs I avoid contact with the leasing office and maintenance because they are unprofessional, rude, and don't make living here easy. It took nearly 2 weeks for them to fix my heat in the dead of winter when temps were well below freezing. When I submitted the utility bill including those two weeks, for which they instructed me to use space heaters, they reimbursed me $27 for a bill that was nearly $140 and called it "fair". There was a significant leak in the frame of a bedroom window this spring- and clearly the frame is rotted and the windows are well past outdated, but they just patched the leak and called it a day. I came home another day this spring to find nearly an inch of standing water in my hallway. I called the leasing office and they came to check it out. Aparrently, it was from a crack in the foundation. Understandly so, because these are older buildings, but what happens to carpet when it's been soaked for several days?? It gets moldy and musty, and it's dangerous to live around. They fixed the foundation but left the moldy carpet with an industrial fan laying on it for nearly two weeks. And it's still wet. Currently there is a construction crew outside my window working on new balconies...there was no notice to residents that this would be occurring, or that it would start at 7am every morning but Sundays with chainsaws and drills directly outside your bedroom window. I'm also quite disappointed in a policy regarding the number of guests residents can have at the pool. In this community, most folks do not use the pool, for various reasons. So it's basically empty all day every day...it was 95* yesterday and not a single person went to the pool. But for some silly reason, residents cannot have more than 2 guests at the pool, ever. Like I said, you get what you pay for. And, avoid management if you'd like the maintain your sanity.
