Out of the apartments I checked out in the area, this one seemed to be the nicest one for the money and amenities. If there is one drawback, would be the high amount of traffic coming in and out of the complex throughout the day. However, it gets really peaceful at night.
I have rated my satisfaction excellent for a couple reasons'; I have never call for a repair from maintenance that they haven't responded in timely fashion with respect and never leaving a mess for me another reason is grounds are well kept I do appreciate and have pride in where I lived.
Beautiful community, grounds and buildings. Well maintained. All apartments have lake views with abundant wildlife.
From day one I have received the best customer service from several individuals in the front office. I call this my home and truly believe this will be my last move. Love the care they take in keeping the grounds looking beautiful and manicured. The maintenance staff is also very friendly and helpful and respond to request on a timely manner. The apartment itself is so beautiful and spacious. Love my living room windows the spacious bedroom and absolutely love the huge closets.
The staff are very prompt in responding to any work orders submitted. The grounds are kept clean. Not only is it quiet in my building when I walk my dog I don't hear blaring music from apartments or vehicles.
