I had a short stay here but it was a pleasant one. Loved the location and the leasing office members. Apartments are very clean and is a peaceful place. Everyone is very helping and soft spoken. The thing I loved about the leasing office was that they will listen to you and will make sure to send help on time (e.g.: maintenance staff).
Very friendly neighbors and loved the Forest preserve just 2mins from the apartment.

Like to appreciate Sharon who was taking care of my paperwork. Helped me to complete all the move-in/move -out settlement right on time without much hassle. Thank you team!

I love the apartment and is very conveniently located near my place of work. The grounds are well kept with good walking area and nice swimming pool for the summer months.

Do Not Move To This Highly Over Rated Place! Your Rent Increases Every Single Year By 30% Or More For No Good Reason! The Place Is Just An Average Apartment With Annoying Complaining Neighbors!

The Gates of Deer Grove is a hidden Gem in the Palatine Area. The Clean apartments, well maintained grounds, and friendly staff serve to make this place truly a place to come home to. The place is quite affordable for the location, services, and quality it provides. I recommend anyone looking for apartments check out this complex. You won't be disappointed.

Staff Is Great And Always Helpful. I Love The Brick Walls And My Apartment Layout. Storm Windows Would Be Nice When The Cold Weather Comes. Also Air Condition Covers That Actually Fit The Air Condition. Laundry Facilities Could Be Cleaner And Machines That Were Dependable And Not Always Taking Money And Not Starting. Better Gates Around Garbage Area Or Signs Posted To Latch The Gates. When The Wind Is High The Gate Slams All Night. The Area Is Located Right By Bedroom Window And When It Is 2 Am And Below Zero....Very Annoying.
