What Renters Like and Dislike About Palatine

Grocery store within walking distance. Park district is very nice. Able to walk to health club. Very clean neighborhood

i could walk to the grocery store and would only take 5 minutes, also my family lives close by. It is mostly a Hispanic neighborhood which I enjoy

It is near a lot of shops, stores and points of interest. In addition, it is near some of my closest relatives.

People or born and raised here. Start their family here and stay till its their time..................................................

My neighborhood has comprehensive security measures, is close to Walmart for easy shopping, and I often take my friends and family to the fast food restaurants and Starbucks around the area.

i like the look of my neighborhood. buildings are well maintained and it is quiet. it is near a nature preserve.

Your new apartment in Palatine might have a pool that you can cool off in during the summer, but you can play in the water all year round at the Family Aquatic Center. It has two 180-foot slides, two toddler slides and a 6-lane lap pool, as well as a sandy area and a lawn for picnics, Frisbee or lounging in the sun. Another great way to stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter is by watching an outdoor concert at the Fred P. Hall Amphitheatre or an indoor theatrical performance at Cutting Hall.
