They take excellent care of the grounds. The maintenance staff is superb, courteous, polite and respectful. Management oversee and respond to the renters concerns in a timely fashion. This management promote respect for your neighbors.

The building is very old and not worth it, and it needs a lot of work. I did smell weed in almost all of the buildings. The management, however, is a joke, and they'll lie about anything to get you to move in. DON'T DO IT. You are better anywhere else.
