Worst possible staff. Very unprofessional. We really felt like we were bothering them. The lobby smells like human feces and the toilets in the demo model were overflowing. I cant imagine anyone renting from this hole.
Apartment location is good, a lot of grocery and stores nearby. Maintenance staff is helpful most of the time. Quiet neighborhood.
Snow removal is really slow most days, which sucks considering how much it snows. Weekly emails from staff about new rules. Really bad layout and hard to find apartment, nearly all deliveries were at wrong address, had to call for additional directions, or were marked nondeliverable.
Office staff is the worst ever. We had to break our lease early and went to the office to get a cost breakdown of what we owed. We paid $8,000 and change to break lease and 2 months later started getting emails that out rent was short $200 and theyre holding our deposit hostage over it. Ummm we paid you what you told us - you took, double checked the amount, and cashed out cashiers check. Now it was short? Just a ploy to keep the deposit and no stopped responding to my emails. Just terrible management. I would not recommend.
Do not rent here. Poor quality townhomes and apartments, property needs upkeep, dirty fitness center year round and the worst part is the management is unprofessional, rude, unwelcoming. Previous property managers were wonderful, but the new manager/staff are a nightmare. Do not rent here.
Best of Naperville
It is a good and safe place for family
Our apartment is comfortable and has a lot of natural light, which is great. We were happy to have a garage option available, and the laundry in every unit was a deal-sealer. The management and maintenance teams are very responsive and generally a pleasure to work with. Both the apartments and the grounds are always well maintained.
